So what happened is that when problems get your way, you get stressed plus
worried. Your mind gets full of the emotions of detest, anger and sadness. Such
condition, your mind is not able to develop solution to conquer your
problem.
Grinning in such time instantly remove half of the problem. You
feel more happy and energized which in turn can make your mind to come up with
new tips and thoughts to deal with challenges. But the question is usually how
we can smile whenever problems threaten you.
